Some time ago I made this Thirty position switch as a band switch for VCO control in the front end of a receiver project. The adjustable multiturn POTS proved to be nearly impossible to adjust with any accuracy, so therefore it was difficult to place the vco output at the particular frequency required for a chosen band. However the project still survives in physical form, and the image shows some detail of the switch.
