I really agree with this video!
We even now have too much business meeting stuff. As we do now, having the minutes of the committee meeting included in the news letter is great, and that is probably all that is needed in my opinion.
Still, I would be interested to hear what others think.

They seem to have their own club rooms and have a couple of meetings per week.

that vid is rather interesting, he does make some good points

It has been mentioned a few times before , but a ham radio club that doesn't have a club station is like a football club not having a football ground

We don't need to do anything too extreme , a squid pole, a flower pot antenna mounted on some bicycle repair stands , the big bertha HF radio that we have could be mounted on some portable dolly or a lectern on wheels , which will serve as being portable so easy to wheel out and put away, but also show new comers that you don't need a twin car garage for your ham shack
