Bunnings Sausage Sizzle Planning

After yesterday's club meeting we have 12 volunteers to help with the sausage sizzle. We will organize ourselves into 2 teams of 5 each with 2 volunteers in reserve.

So I have completed the form confirming we will be running the sausage sizzle on December 29th

The teams so far are as follows:-

The sausage sizzle runs from 9:00am to 4:00pm as the prime selling period.
We can start setting up from 7:30 to get site established and start cooking for a 9:00 start.

The busiest time is likely to be 12:00 through 2:00, and we need to organize a roster to rotate tasks so that we spread the workload as best we can.

I suggest that we have a meeting of the teams sometime in November December to set up the roster and decide who does what tasks.

I am not on the list. I have food handler.
The only problem I have is that I cannot stand for too long. As long as I can sit regularly, I can be there to help

Fantastic job by all concerned, we sold about $2200 of sausages and drinks in total, of that probably $1200 or so profit for the club. Everybody pitched in and we all had a great time. Great pictures by Geoff.
