This has a pretty good explanation of how the harmonic drive works, as well as a link to the 3D files so you can print your own.

His is not a bad channel to subscribe to.

I'm printing them right now.
And a roll of the TPU 95A is on order! If you need some, give me a call.

Just the flexible part to go, when the filament gets here.

The bearings I have are 3-10-3 and the design is for 3-8-3 so I could not assemble it. Some bearings are on order but also a print 125% has been done but the parts do not fit together well.
I think I may redraw it to make it mechanically stronger.

I wonder if any of the local bearing suppliers would have the right size bearings?
BSC maybe or SheppCityBearings are possibilities?
There's also an SKF bearing place in New Dookie Road, but I can't remember the name.

I have run the hole calibration on the Ender 3 v2 ...
Now, a new set of parts is being printed and I hope these fit!

I am getting closer to the working final version.
This one will have a metal shaft through a ball race. And it is for the 10 x 4 ball races that I have.
