Recently, I received a 1970s 2M kit from my friend, Colin, VK3YFM.
It came with the documentation too!

IGL-2M Front.jpg
Here is the front of the steel cabinet.

And the transmitter...
IGL_2M TX.jpg

The other side has the receiver and crystals...
IGL_2M RX.jpg

So far, I have not powered it up.
Frequencies fitted are.. (I think)

Chan RX. TX
1 146.400 145.900
2. 145.600 146.100
3. 146.146 145.146
4. 146.000 146.000
5. 145.854 145.854

I've updated the post with lower res scans so they fit now. The PA amps text is hard to read so I'll try to rewrite it later.

Keep watching for more info!

The 2 Meg IF filter can be a bit tricky on the IGL. RCVR.

Power on = no smoke, so that is a good start!

The mic PTT switch needed adjusting. A real Rocking Armature Earpiece as the mic.
The mute does not work, and I do not know as yet if the RX works ok. Noise from the speaker so the RX is partly ok.
A tiny bit of power is output on TX so at least tuning will be needed.
