Membership of the Shepparton And District Amateur Radio Club ( S.A.D.A.R.C) has many rewarding benefits.

This is an editable PDF form, after filling in the fields click on the print icon and select print to pdf file. Name the file with your callsign or name and attach to an email to committee@sadarc.org

Renewal
Members are reminded that their membership expires on 31 December each year. Renewal reminders are sent by email to the address we have on file, however should you not receive the reminder, you may renew using one of the following methods.
Cheque: Post cheque to SADARC Inc. PO Box 692, Shepparton, Victoria 3632, Australia, 2560 with your callsign written on the reverse side.
EFT or Bank Deposit: Use your callsign as the payment reference.
