It seems I'm always losing manuals, so here is a place to put them so I can find them later.

This is the manual for the Philips FM828 A, B and E band variants. Mk1

Also, I have the "Tracker Scout Service Manual" and "Yaesu FT411 Technical Supplement" (among others) but they are larger than 18MB so will not upload to this site.

I have the Hawk and Kestrel manuals but they are too big 45 MB, but I think you already have those anyway?
Also the FM900 manual, but it's just a collection of scanned pages.

Yes I have them, thanks.
I was looking for a tility to reduce the size of a PDF. Using Acrobat Reader, instead of Preview (on the Mac) allowed me to print the FM828 circuits expanded over multiple pages in "poster" mode so they are so much easier to read. I thought I saw a setting to reduce the PDF size but cannot find it at the moment.

I may redo the postings later to organize the file in brand groups.

Here is the info I have found on the Apollo AP701, Pearce-Simson Super Panther, Expo Communicator and others with the same PLL02A chassis.

The PCB has "TP-S30-HB" on the underside.
As there are 4 of these chassis in my junk, this is the one I will try first.

I tried zipping it up to put here but the result was 68MB.
These scans are fairly poor but full of info.

Have taken the liberty to compile it to a PDF. Just need to clean it up the page locations.
