For mobile use, we should not use a hand mic. So, I have put this together for my IC22S.
There was a spare pin on the mic socket so a resistor from 9V (or 12V) was installed in the set.
Then an old electret mic with a suction cup was stuck to the spedo.
The mic in front is the radio Bluetooth mic, and the IC22S mic is just under the trio odometer.
There is an enclosure being printed at the moment, and it will sit on the radio with magnets.
