When I asked for a copy of the constitution early last year, this was not the document provided.
In fact had this copy been made available to me, then it would have reduced the amount of work I had to do in altering the version that is now adopted.

Really fellows, I don't mind doing what work is necessary butt does upset me the blasé attitude of some, my time is valuable to me, and I don't like it to be wasted.
