I think that is a real problem with my test as it is open.
Also, an active rectifier would be better as the levels I'm getting out is pretty low into the diode rectifier.
This was all done in a hurry and a bit more time could produce better numbers.
Maybe try a 1kR in series from the 50 ohm gen. output to the filter input, and a shunt 1kR across the filter output to comm/ground. That might more closely represent an in circuit loaded condition.
