Our Thursday morning catch-ups have been going really well and are starting to build into a great part of club life. While they might not suit everyone’s schedule, it’s been encouraging to see a regular group coming together for a coffee, a chat, and a bit of hands-on radio discussion.
These sessions are exactly what we hoped they’d become , relaxed, informal, and a chance to share knowledge, ideas, and projects outside of the monthly meeting.
To make things more accessible for those who can’t attend during the day, we’re now introducing a Thursday night session as well. This will give more members the opportunity to get involved, whether it’s for a catch-up, a bit of construction work, or just talking radio.
As these sessions grow, we’d love to see more project ideas and small builds come into the mix. If you’ve got something you’d like to work on or present, bring it along , these catch-ups are a great place to make it happen.
