One of the things I have done recently was to try an end fed long wire fed via an UNUN.
So, I thought a test UNUN may prove useful. This is the pretty rough device I tossed together over the last couple of hours....
This is on a Jaycar LO1238 core and the main use will be to run the Nano VNA into the antenna to see what the turns ratio needs to be for that frequency.
There are 12 turns, with a 12 way rotary switch to feed aou each turn. As the input is one turn, ratios of 1:1 thru 12:1 are selectable.
I doubt this switch will be any good for much power, but this is really a test device, not for operation.
If this actually works, I may upgrade and use one of these switches...
These look to have decent power handling capability.
