A number of these power supplies have been saved from land fill. They have a few good parts on them, and may make the basis on a reasonable first power supply for a new enthusiast to build up. I am in the process of tracing the circuit.
Here too are the data sheets for the relays.

With the mains connected to Active = FAN_L and NEUTRAL = FAN_N,

a bridge rectifier on pins 7 and 8, 2200uF electro on rectifier out, the unloaded voltage is about 40VDC.
