I am constructing another wide range tuner, this unit uses BB112 varactor diodes as the capacitor tuning elements and slug tuning for the variable inductance.The unit is set up for band pass input tuning on each of two separate amplifier stages with diode switching of the input and output circuits.
The unit will be an improved version of a tuner which I built about twenty years ago
