Nano VNA limitations

This is a quite good video showing a limitation of the square wave excitation produced by the Nano VNA devices.

Still, these are a a very handy device to have in your shack.

I do like his calibration PCBs!

How do I know? I had the fake

My H4 is useless the touch screen is erratic and will not respond to any attempt to stabilize it. I think the thing is just sent to try us out . I have wasted hours .

i've got three of them, the one i like best is this one. SAA-2N I think it's square wave, but I'll double check later.

I might bring mine over to a meeting,perhaps it could be checked out. I am wondering if the unit could be re built into a larger case with a larger screen and proper push buttons, inbuilt PSU. and battery pack etc, then we might have a test instrument?
