There is an Allstar attachment for Raspberry Pi called Shari from a USA radio club.
Cheap but postage from USA is $100.00!
The kit version is easy to assemble.
I ordered three for VK2IRL and VK3WG and myself to share the postage. Arrived in 14 days.
