What value in-line attenuator would be needed to handle 100W? The unit appears to handle +20dB at least, and +30dB for short periods.

100 mW = 20 dB
1W = 30 dB
10W = 40 dB
100W = 50 dB
1000W = 60 dB

So +50dB in +20dB out means a 30 dB attenuator rated at 100W or better should be ok.

I think 3 or 4 of these in series mounted on a big heatsink would do the job.
