Tune in to the Mt Wombat 2M repeater this morning at 10:00AM for a welfare check to see if any club members or know of others who might need assistance.

Mooroopna Power Substation this morning Sunday 16th. Power is out in parts of Mooroopna and likely to be out for a while.
Powercor is able to divert power from other parts of the grid for some parts of town.

And the guy driving around in the flood water needs a smack bottom as the waves from the car are surging into houses!

This is the hill at the back of the Lake. Over the Aquamoves side. I'm suitable impressed as to how well they graded the hill contours.

Update from GVwater regarding water quality

Water quality
Drinking water supplied to your home is safe to drink. Water is fully treated and meets all quality regulations. There are no boil water notices in place for any towns supplied by us.

This is a photo taken in Hall St at Daisy St. The water was at hub height on my ute - about 3' of water. I didn't even get to my house yesterday. Here's hoping that it doesn't rain any further. Ian VK3YYY
