Coil formers and/or insulators?

Whilst helping my son clean up at his hairdressing salon, I swooped upon some Perspex rods that were to be tossed out.

There looks to be 3 sizes,
200 x 12.7mm,
200 x 9.5mm and
140 x 12.5, tapering to 11.7mm.

I have not looked thru it all to sort them so there may be others.
