Hi Denys. It is just amazing , One wonders how can all that stuff happen Thanks very much for all the help with the project ,and Ray for your help and interest .I shall now proceed with more construction. Two images 000/45 and 31/76 MHZ. Cheers.

We will have to calibrate each Si5351 board for best results. I have not bothered with that as yet.

Good , Denys as you can see this a few cycles different to my counter , my counter might not be accurate too, Cheers.

My son Daniel has written a driver for the Si5351 so now the Delux VFO is running with 3 different outputs.
VFO 0 is the main tunable output, 45.001Mhz to 76Mhz.
VFO 1 is 36Mhz.
VFO 2 is 9Mhz.

Work still to be done is the calibration setting. Also, testing to see if the I2C bus can be used for other things like the OLED display as a meter.

This code has I2C "wire" drivers as well as I2C bit banged version (not used here, but could be for other processors) so it may well be easier to transfer to even some LINUX based controllers.

That is very interesting Denys .It could form the basis for home built receivers , for club members etc .A simple diode mixer front end such as the ADE- 1 followed by a 45 MHZ crystal filter another ADE-1 down mixer and upper and lower 9 MHZ filters and audio . This would make for an easy construction project . Thanks for your ongoing interest.

UPDATE: It looks like it may not be working correctly after all. After powering off, then restarting, it now runs at incorrect frequencies. Something must have been set in the previous version and not in this new one. I'll look into it...
