NOTICE

NOTICE is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the
members of SADARC will be held on . Saturday, the 5th , November
2022 at 1:00 pm at our club rooms at Flexible Learning, Channel
Road Shepparton, to transact the following business:

ORDINARY BUSINESS:
1.To receive consider and adopt the Balance Sheet as of the30th of
June 2022.
2. To elect board members for the next 12 months.
3. Set membership fees.

Club Membership Renewal.

Membership Records.
In order to bring our membership records up to date we need all members to fill in and return the membership form attached.
Please note, that there are no fees due for the 2022 calendar year and club fees will not become due until after the AGM in February next year.
